Use Invite Email to Sign Up
This tutorial will show you how to activate your CaptureProof account after receiving an email invitation from your doctor.
1. In your email inbox, open the activation email from captureproof@captureproof.com.
2. Click on "Activate Now".
3. Choose a password, enter your phone number, and click on "Confirm Account".
4. A text message with a six-digit authentication code will be sent to the phone number you entered. Type it into the box on this page and click on "Continue".
5. Read the Terms of Service and click on "I Agree".
6. Congratulations! You’re done activating your new CaptureProof account. If your doctor has created a media request for you, you can now upload media to it for your doctor to review.
1. Find the CaptureProof app in the App Store by searching for "captureproof", and install it.
2. Open the email you receive from from captureproof@captureproof.com. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.
3. Tap on "Activate Now".
4. Enter a password and tap on "Confirm Account".
5. Tap on "Open".
6. Congratulations, you're done! You can now go through the starting tutorial. If your doctor has created a media Rx for you, you can upload media to it for your doctor to review.

5. After the account has been activated, close the browser window and open the CaptureProof app.
6. Sign in with the email address and password you created your account with.
7. Tap on "I Agree" to agree to the Terms of Use and continue.
8. If necessary, accept the minor agreement.
9. Congratulations, you're done! You can now go through the starting tutorial. If your doctor has created a media Rx for you, you can upload media to it for your doctor to review.
